speaking of Bickersham, wasn't that supposed to be out on DVD? Did it ever make it or is it on the shelf like Last Days of Fillmore?

Wasn't it like one guy who had a bunch of other people with him at various times and all they ever played was Truckin with a bunch of different words? Thought no one notice in the bars they played.
